The thought about the enterpriser, businessman and employer
What do you mean the word "enterpriser"? Maybe it stands for "money" or "capital", but I want to say, that's just a businessman or an employer has. In the standpoint of an enterpriser, he has more, such as a sense of social responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and so on.
The businessman lives for meney, and gaining profit is the nature of the corporation. When a man strives only for money, we call him a businessman; but when he looks farther, thinks more, and has a longer-term view, in a sense, we say he can be an enterpriser.
When someone is used to playing the perchant just on a gamble, he won't step out the businessmen's circle. In fact, the enterpriser doesn't gain for gain. Many corporate giants can win the respect from their partners and competitors,not only for their moral character and self-cultivation, but also for their hewing to the commercial rules. To the partners, they struggle for the win-win; to the competitors, they get benefit in fair competition.
Undeniably, the commercial magnate can activate many corporations, what is not established in the cruel war. They are wise to the law: the profit comes from the consumers, and the demand stimulates the commerce.
Some businessmen, who have made some money in the trade of welding, in possession of considerable principal, set about to trading in other industry which they can get more profit, such as entering the stock market, investing in real estate, etc. They have a stab, taking the air of the trade switch bringing, whatever the result is, getting more money or losing all. We won't judge him a winner or a loser just based on the result, but we can say positively, he lacks some entrepreneurial spirit.
It is the enterpriser who do business in a normative way instead of unregular activities. They do business not only for inrerest. In fact, they can realise the nature of the commerce, discern the business operational rule, be aware of humanity, and commit themselves to placing the modern enterprise system based on the human nature. They take advantage of systematical power ,besides personal strength to drive the corporation development. The concept of win-win can bring the business advanced.
The man in the righteous way make his great minds mature,what is the difference between the enterpriser and the employer or the businessman.
Welding industry, the space we strive for survival, the focus we pay much attention to, needs the enterpriser' unremitting effort to make the national corporationgs as a leading role. Meanwhile, we expect more outstanding corporate leaders to advance the industry. If all of the welding dealers regard his job as career instead of vocation, and work hardly and persistently with entrepreneurial spirit of creativity, adventure and pioneering spirit, the welding industry may get into another cheering phase! |
